Join the SAGE team as an Assistant Food Service Director at a vibrant private day school campus in Naples, FL. In this key role, you'll help oversee dining operations while supporting a dynamic catering program, delivering exceptional food and service every day. We're seeking an approachable, highly organized leader who is passionate about food and hospitality. The ideal candidate brings strong communication and leadership skills, a commitment to outstanding service, and the ability to build meaningful connections with students, faculty, and guests. A well-rounded catering background is essential, from continental breakfasts to elegant plated banquets and buffet-style events. Spanish-bilingual skills are a plus but not required. What you'll do: Demonstrate exemplary customer service skills and develop client relationships. Assist in general location management as part of the SAGE management team. Assist in ordering and inventory management, scheduling, catering and production, as needed. Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively. Implement and maintain HACCP standards. Participate in the interviewing, hiring, training, and ongoing mentoring of the team. Lead by example. What you'll need: Culinary degree preferred, but not required. Intermediate computer skills with Microsoft Office and Outlook. Fluency in sanitation and safety standards. Dynamic get-it-done work ethic. Strong customer service skills. Ability to plan and organize with proficiency.
