Job Purpose The Busser (Server Assistant/Support Staff) supports an exceptional dining experience by maintaining cleanliness, organization, and readiness throughout Front of House and service areas. This role works closely with hosts and servers to ensure tables turn efficiently, guests feel welcomed, and service flows smoothly. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests in a warm, friendly manner Prepare dining areas by cleaning and resetting tables Follow all sanitation, safety, and health policies Clear tables between courses and reset settings promptly Refill water glasses and remain attentive to guest needs Support servers by stocking service stations, condiments, and supplies Maintain cleanliness of dining rooms, service areas, and bus stations Remove trash and recyclables and replace liners as needed Assist with closing duties including cleaning chairs, tables, and floors Perform other reasonable duties as assigned by leadership Qualifications Friendly, courteous, and guest-focused demeanor Works well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Organized and detail-oriented with flexibility during service Interest in growing within the food and beverage field Operates with professionalism, integrity, and respect Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed High school diploma or equivalent preferred Working Conditions Schedule varies based on business needs and may include evenings, weekends, and holidays Frequent movement throughout dining and service areas Extended periods of standing and walking Ability to lift or carry up to 30-50 pounds May assist with resetting tables, moving furniture, or supporting team needs during peak periods Vision requirements include close, distance, peripheral, and color vision, and the ability to adjust focus Work environment may include loud noise levels, cleaning chemicals, hot or cold food items, and fast-paced conditions American Golf Corporation is committed to equal employment opportunities for all.
