Job Description

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager We are seeking a motivated and dependable Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support daily restaurant and kitchen operations while helping develop a high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both Front of House and Back of House operations, strong leadership abilities, open availability, and a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the company. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing daily Front of House and Kitchen operations Support staff scheduling, training, and performance management Ensure excellent guest service and maintain hospitality standards Help manage food quality, presentation, and kitchen efficiency Maintain cleanliness, safety, and health code compliance Help develop a high-performing team through effective leadership, coaching, constructive feedback, and proper documentation Lead by example during busy shifts and support team morale Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control Resolve guest concerns professionally and efficiently Communicate effectively between service and kitchen teams Step into leadership roles as needed to ensure smooth operations Qualifications Previous experience in both Front of House and Kitchen operations required Leadership or supervisory experience preferred Ability to lead effectively through coaching, accountability, constructive criticism, and team development Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn new systems, processes, and leadership skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Food safety certification required What We're Looking For A hands-on leader who is dependable and adaptable Someone passionate about hospitality, food service, and team development A candidate eager to grow professionally and contribute to a positive workplace culture Job Type Full-time Schedule Open availability required Day shifts, night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed Benefits Competitive pay Growth and advancement opportunities Team-focused work environment Employee meals or discounts Join us to lead a vibrant team dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences!
