Full Job Description Now Hiring:
Catering Lead Server / Banquet Captain - Table Top Catering Table Top Catering is seeking an experienced Catering Lead Server / Banquet Captain to lead on-site service for weddings, corporate events, private events, and productions throughout Central Florida. This role is ideal for a seasoned catering professional who understands banquet service, can lead a team with confidence, and takes pride in delivering seamless, professional events from start to finish.
Requirements:
2+ years of catering or banquet experience Prior lead or captain experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Nights and weekends availability (preferred) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Availability for nights and weekends
What You'll Do:
Lead event service staff Execute events based on BEOs Serve as on-site point of contact Ensure exceptional guest experience Competitive pay, growth opportunities, and a great team.
