Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Part Time Hotel Breakfast Attendant and become the cornerstone of our guests' morning experience! In this lively role, you will ensure a welcoming, clean, and efficiently run breakfast service that delights our guests from the moment they wake up. Your energy and attention to detail will help create a positive start to every guest's day, making their stay memorable and enjoyable. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in food service, customer care, and hospitality operations.
Shift Hours:
5 am - 10 am Weekdays, 5 am - 11 am Weekends Minimum 2 days Responsibilities Set up breakfast areas with fresh linens, utensils, and food displays to create an inviting atmosphere for guests. Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items, including hot dishes, cold beverages, and continental offerings, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies throughout service. Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu items, and provide friendly, attentive customer service to enhance their dining experience. Follow all food safety protocols related to handling, storage, and serving food items to ensure compliance with health regulations. Monitor breakfast service times and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of hot foods and beverages. Support catering or banquet functions when needed by setting up buffet stations or assisting with large group breakfast events. Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or food industry settings is highly desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Experience serving or preparing food in restaurant or catering environments. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques. Background in hospitality or as a dietary aide is a plus. Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is advantageous. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
