Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional breakfast experience for our guests, ensuring that the dining area is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming. You will play a crucial role in guest relations by creating a friendly atmosphere and assisting with meal preparation. Duties Prepare and present breakfast items, ensuring high-quality food standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, countertops, and serving stations. Set up and replenish food stations as needed throughout the breakfast service. Engage with guests to provide excellent service and address any inquiries or concerns. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper cash handling procedures. Assist in meal preparation, including cutting meats and preparing various breakfast items. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in food handling and sanitation practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate banquet services when necessary. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is preferred. Skills in meal preparation, meat cutting, and coffee brewing are highly valued. Strong phone etiquette for guest interactions is essential. Experience in cash handling is beneficial for managing transactions effectively. A background in guest relations will enhance your ability to create a positive dining experience. Familiarity with dietary aide responsibilities can be advantageous.
