Responsibilities:

Deliver food and beverage orders to guest rooms promptly and professionally Set up trays and tables to brand standards with attention to detail Ensure accuracy of orders and provide personalized service Assist with collection and clearing of trays and in-room dining equipment Communicate effectively with kitchen and guest services Uphold cleanliness and sanitation standards at all times Anticipate guest needs and respond with genuine care and efficiency

Qualifications:

Prior experience in room service, hospitality, or customer service preferred Friendly, professional demeanor and well-groomed appearance Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Strong attention to detail and time management skills Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods
