Job Description

The Cafe/Grille Manager is responsible for being the primary Food & Beverage contact until management arrives. Verifies schedules, checks deliveries and carries Food & Beverage cell phone. Provides coverage for any Cafe attendant in the absence of scheduled Bistro staff. Hourly Wage to $23.00 with generous benefits, Paid time off, 401k option, daily pay option. Full-Time | Weekends & Holidays Required About the Role We are seeking a hands-on Assistant Dining Manager to join our casual dining venues Grill & Sports Bar team. This is a hands on leadership role supporting servers, grill attendants, and sports bar staff to deliver an outstanding dining experience for our residents. What You'll Do
  • Supervise daily operations of the Grill & Sports Bar
  • Lead and mentor team members in service standards and resident engagement
  • Support in grill and sports bar operations including responsible alcohol service and inventory
  • Work alongside staff on the floor (register, grill station, taking orders, running food, bussing tables)
  • Ensure service, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
  • Assist with special promotions, themed nights, and catering events What We're Looking For
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience in casual dining, grill, or sports bar setting
  • Strong knowledge of food service, beer, wine & liquor operations
  • Serve Safe and Alcohol Certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Excellent resident service and communication skills
  • Availability on weekends and holidays
