Duties/Responsibilities Duties/Responsibilities Participate in setting up events including moving tables, setting tables and chairs, staging, portable stairs, podiums, buffet set-up, bar set-up, equipment for speakers, etc. Percentage of time 30 Duties/Responsibilities Follow operational standards that exceed our customers' expectations for cleanliness, food presentation, and quality. Percentage of time 20 Duties/Responsibilities Complete all necessary work for future banquet events, as directed. Percentage of time 20 Duties/Responsibilities Ensure all meeting and event rooms are prepared for clients/guests a minimum of 2 hours prior to contracted time. Percentage of time 10 Duties/Responsibilities Read and interpret Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and planning sheets from Banquet management team. Percentage of time 10 Duties/Responsibilities Clean up after the function: sweep, mop, clear dishes from tables, re-organize back aisle or staging areas as assigned, put equipment and supplies away in their proper storage areas.
