Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements using OpenTable or similar reservation systems. Take accurate food and beverage orders, utilizing POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring efficient processing and timely delivery. Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Assist with food handling, basic food preparation, and bussing duties to support kitchen operations and maintain cleanliness standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving concerns promptly, and fostering positive guest relations. Maintain sanitation and food safety standards in accordance with health regulations through proper food handling and sanitation practices. Support the team during busy hours by managing cashiering responsibilities, processing payments accurately, and handling cash with integrity. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is highly preferred, especially fine dining or nightclub settings. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is a plus. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences. Knowledge of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques. Experience in serving, bussing tables, or hosting/hostessing roles is advantageous. Basic math skills for cash handling and POS transactions are essential.
