Server Assistant and Busser

Responsibilities Support servers by bussing tables promptly, clearing dishes, and resetting tables to ensure a clean and inviting dining area Assist with food handling tasks, including delivering dishes from the kitchen to guests accurately and efficiently Maintain cleanliness of all service areas through regular cleaning, sanitation, and organization of supplies Help with food preparation and setup for catering events or special functions as needed Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and address guest needs quickly Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling procedures at all times Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering basic questions, and supporting a positive dining atmosphere Qualifications Prior experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Strong communication skills to interact confidently with team members and guests Ability to stand for extended periods, move quickly, and lift moderate loads when necessary Knowledge of cleaning protocols, food handling safety standards, and basic kitchen operations is advantageous Experience in hotel or food industry environments will be considered a plus A proactive attitude with excellent teamwork skills to support busy service periods effectively Join us in creating exceptional guest experiences!
