Job Description
Job Summary As a Breakfast Attendant at our upper midscale hotel, you are an essential part of creating a welcoming and enjoyable start to our guests' day. You will ensure that the breakfast area is clean, well-stocked, and inviting, providing a positive and friendly experience for every guest. Your responsibilities include setting up and replenishing food and beverage items, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and assisting guests with any questions or requests. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and the ability to work collaboratively with your team are key to delivering exceptional service. We are looking for enthusiastic, dependable individuals who take pride in creating a pleasant guest experience and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve breakfast items according to established recipes and standards Set up breakfast area, ensuring presentation is appealing and organized Food handling, cooking, and meal preparation as needed Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations, including bussing tables and cleaning utensils Provide excellent guest services by greeting guests, answering questions, and addressing special dietary needs Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in all food handling activities Restock supplies and condiments throughout the shift to ensure smooth service flow Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless breakfast experience Skills Previous kitchen experience or food service background preferred Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety protocols Strong customer service skills with excellent communication Experience in hospitality roles such as host/host, catering, or banquet service is beneficial Skills in cleaning, bussing tables, and maintaining a tidy work environment Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food handling procedures Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills and positive attitude toward guest relations This position offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about hospitality and culinary service. Candidates should demonstrate excellent communication skills, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
