Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a dynamic role that encompasses various aspects of food service and hospitality. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry, including restaurant and catering environments, and possess strong customer service skills. This position requires a proactive approach to cleaning, bussing, and serving, ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. Duties Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations. Assist with bussing tables promptly to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and addressing their needs. Support food handling procedures in compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours. Contribute to catering events by preparing food items and assisting in setup and breakdown. Utilize effective communication skills to interact with team members and guests effectively. Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout all interactions within the establishment. Requirements Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred, including roles in restaurants or catering services. Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining hygiene standards. Experience in bussing, serving, or kitchen operations is a plus. Excellent customer service abilities with a friendly demeanor towards guests. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is essential. Effective communication skills to work collaboratively within a team environment. A background in hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
