Food Manufacturing Worker

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and package food products according to established procedures and guidelines
• Operate and maintain food processing equipment, ensuring proper functioning and cleanliness
• Adhere to FDA regulations and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) standards in food production
• Follow proper sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of food ingredients and supplies
• Assist in quality control measures to ensure product consistency and adherence to specifications
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Skills:

• Mechanical knowledge: Ability to operate and troubleshoot food processing equipment
• Forklift operation: Proficiency in operating forklifts for material handling purposes
• Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling, storage, and sanitation practices

• Package:

  Experience in packaging food products for distribution or retail purposes

• Sanitation:

  Understanding of proper cleaning procedures to maintain a hygienic work environment
• Food processing: Familiarity with food processing techniques and equipment
• CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices): Knowledge of industry standards for quality control in food production
