Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including sanitizing surfaces, equipment, and utensils in compliance with food safety management standards. Handle food safely during preparation, serving, and replenishment processes, adhering to proper food handling techniques and weight handling in the workplace. Restock buffet items promptly during service hours, monitoring inventory levels and notifying management of supply needs. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is preferred; fine dining or restaurant experience is highly advantageous. Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures, food handling practices, and food safety management is essential. Experience with food preparation, serving techniques, and culinary skills related to breakfast or buffet service is desirable. Strong customer service skills with a friendly attitude and excellent communication abilities. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.
