Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Busser on weekends only, specifically Saturdays and Sundays! In this lively role, you will be the essential support behind the scenes, ensuring our dining environment remains clean, organized, and welcoming for every guest. Your energetic presence will help create a seamless and enjoyable experience for diners by maintaining cleanliness, assisting servers with food service, and upholding high standards of hospitality. This position is perfect for those passionate about food service, eager to gain restaurant experience, and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Duties Clear and reset tables efficiently to prepare for new guests, ensuring a tidy dining area at all times Assist servers by bussing tables promptly and delivering food or beverages when needed Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs Support food handling procedures by adhering to safety standards and proper hygiene practices Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs Restock supplies such as napkins, utensils, and condiments to ensure smooth operations during busy hours Contribute to a positive atmosphere by providing friendly and attentive customer service to guests Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key! Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail in maintaining sanitation standards Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and hospitality best practices is a plus Reliable attendance on weekends with the motivation to contribute positively to the team atmosphere A proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills within the food industry while working in a lively, supportive environment.
