Breakfast Attendant Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our team. The Breakfast Attendant will be responsible for ensuring the breakfast area is clean, organized, and stocked with food and supplies. This role requires excellent customer service skills as you will be interacting with guests during breakfast hours.

Duties:

• Prepare and set up the breakfast area before guests arrive
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the breakfast area throughout service hours
• Stock food, beverages, and supplies as needed
• Assist in food preparation and cooking as required
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper hygiene practices are maintained
• Report any maintenance or supply needs to the supervisor promptly

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques is a plus
• Ability to handle knives safely and efficiently
• Experience in cash handling is beneficial
• Strong guest relations skills with a focus on providing excellent customer service
• Familiarity with restaurant operations is advantageous
• Ability to maintain cleanliness standards in a fast-paced environment
• Basic phone etiquette skills
