Full Job Description Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Breakfast Attendant to join our team. As a Breakfast Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a pleasant breakfast experience by providing exceptional service and maintaining a clean and organized breakfast area. Two Days a week.Your day to day:
Shift begins at 5:00 am daily typically ends around 12pm Weekend availability and Holidays Greet and welcome all guests in a prompt and professional manner Cook and prepare food & beverages for the hotel's complimentary guest breakfast Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of guests Follow all Hotel Brand standards and operating procedure Monitor food levels and replenish as needed to ensure a continuous supply for guests Clear tables and clean up spills promptly to maintain a clean dining environment Clean all dishes, garbage, etc after breakfast hours are done and prep for the next day Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and answering any questions they may have Assist with other duties as assigned by management Work as a team and communicate with other departments to ensure excellent quality and service Set Up Food & beverages as needed for In House meetings What we need from you: Strong- sometimes you'll need to lift, push and pull big objects up to 50lbs (23 kg). This can involve bending and kneeling Literate
- you'll need a good grasp of speaking, reading and writing English Compliant
- as well as meeting local laws on food handling, you'll be required to have or obtain a
FOOD SERVICE SANITATION MANAGER CERTIFICATION
