Part-Time Catering & Event Assistant

Catering & Event Assistant (Part-Time) Taste of Aliya - Evanston, IL Taste of Aliya is a growing catering and dessert business specializing in homemade desserts, food plates, and private event catering. We are looking for a reliable Event & Catering Assistant to help with pop-up shops, catering events, and food preparation support. This role is perfect for someone interested in food service, catering, culinary work, or event hospitality. Responsibilities Assist with catering event setup and breakdown Help with food plating and serving Support pop-up shop operations Assist with light food prep and kitchen organization Help transport supplies and keep work areas clean Occasionally help record social media content during events Provide friendly customer service when interacting with guests Schedule Part-time / event-based Most shifts are 4-6 hours Weekend and occasional evening availability preferred

Pay:
