Breakfast Attendant

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable breakfast experience for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and have a passion for food preparation and presentation. You will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area while providing exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and present breakfast items in accordance with established recipes and standards. Set up and replenish the breakfast buffet, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and well-stocked. Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area, including tables, countertops, and equipment. Assist guests with their breakfast needs, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Monitor food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and catering needs as required. Handle any necessary meat cutting or culinary tasks as needed. Utilize Aloha POS or similar systems for managing orders when applicable. Ensure all dietary requirements are met by understanding guest preferences and restrictions. Requirements Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Knowledge of food safety standards and practices is essential. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and catering services is a plus. Experience using OpenTable or similar reservation systems is advantageous. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to food preparation.
