Responsibilities Deliver prepared food promptly from the kitchen to dining areas, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met. Support the appetizer station by assisting with plating, garnishing, and organizing ingredients for quick service. Maintain cleanliness of dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen stations through efficient dishwashing practices. Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping ingredients, assembling dishes, and restocking supplies at various stations. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper handling procedures to maintain hygiene and quality. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate timing of food delivery and station readiness for smooth service flow. Support bussing duties by clearing tables and resetting dining areas promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred. Knowledge of food handling safety protocols and sanitation standards. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Experience with banquet service, catering setups, or hotel kitchens is advantageous. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks efficiently.
