Guest Service Agent / Front Desk (Full-Time)

Preferred but not required Responsibilities include: Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out Handle reservations and guest inquiries in person and via multi-line phone systems Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions Address guest requests or concerns efficiently to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate guest records and reports Collaborate with hotel management to uphold high guest service standards Breakfast Attendant / Housekeeping (Part-Time)

• approximately 11 AM Responsibilities include: Preparing, setting up, and maintaining the breakfast area Replenishing food and beverage items and ensuring food safety standards Creating a welcoming breakfast atmosphere for guests Public space housekeeping and cleanliness Assisting with guest relations during breakfast hours ServSafe Certification or be able to obtain it within 30 days Pay $15
