at Department of Military Affairs in Rantoul, Illinois, United States Job Description Essential Function 1 Maintain cleanliness preparing food service areas and ensuring high standards of safety and customer service while working collaboratively with integrated teams. Essential Function 2 Prepares dining areas for meals and sets up serving lines. • Distributes and serves meals and beverages. Essential Function 3 Assists with performing daily, weekly and monthly deep cleaning of the kitchen and service areas as assigned. • Cleans and sterilizes dishes, kitchen utensils, and equipment • Disposes of trash and packaging containers. • Clean spills immediately and follow all sanitation guidelines. Minimum Qualifications 1 Requires knowledge, skill, and mental development equivalent to completion of high school. Requires an understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
