Food Svc II (Grill Cook) Assistant

Work Schedule:

• Per Diem / On a needed basis
• Varied day/evening shifts between 5:30am-2:00pm or 7:30am-4:00pm or 2:30pm-6:30pm
• You will work at the UW Health Swedish American hospital Additional components of compensation may include:
• Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
• Overtime

• At least 2 years food preparation experience in a high volume food service environment. Required Licenses & Certifications
• Must have current State of Illinois Food Sanitation certification or obtain within 6 months of hire. Required
• If no valid license is in place prior to hire, Serve Safe Food Handler certification required to be completed within 30 days of hire.
