Duties Prepare and serve breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Set up breakfast buffet stations, maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service hours. Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions. Replenish food and beverage stations promptly to ensure a continuous flow of fresh offerings. Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards in all food handling and preparation activities. Clear tables, reset dining areas, and ensure the breakfast space remains inviting and tidy at all times. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy morning hours, supporting catering or banquet events as needed. Requirements Prior experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality environments is highly preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude that enhances guest experiences. Knowledge of serving techniques, food preparation, and food safety protocols. Experience working in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus. Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food handling regulations to ensure safe practices. Previous restaurant or food industry experience demonstrating reliability and professionalism. Barista experience or background in the food industry can be advantageous for this role.
