Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Busser and Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for providing an outstanding dining experience. Responsibilities Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Ensure that all food items are presented in a clean and appealing manner. Assist servers by bussing tables and clearing away used dishes to maintain a tidy dining environment. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any special requests from guests. Help maintain cleanliness in the restaurant, including the dining area, kitchen, and service stations. Support catering events by assisting with food setup and breakdown as needed. Provide excellent customer service by being attentive to guests' needs and responding promptly to inquiries. Requirements Previous experience in the food service industry, particularly in restaurants or hotels, is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
