  • Job Overview:
  • We are seeking a dedicated Breakfast Attendant to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our restaurant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our breakfast operations.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve breakfast items with a focus on quality, presentation, and timeliness.
  • Manage cash handling, operate a point-of-sale (POS) system, and accurately process transactions.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining area, adhering to food safety and health standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient delivery of food and beverages.
  • Handle dietary requests and special instructions with care, utilizing knowledge of common dietary restrictions and allergies.
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including setup, inventory management, and cleaning tasks.
  • Utilize technology such as OpenTable to manage reservations and guest services.
  • Maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably in a breakfast setting.
  • Experience with food handling, preparation, and presentation.
  • Knowledge of basic food safety practices and health regulations.
  • Familiarity with POS systems, including Aloha POS.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physical stamina to lift and carry food items, as well as stand for extended periods.
  • Skills:
  • Food handling and preparation experience
  • Proficiency in operating a POS system, including Aloha POS
  • Experience in a restaurant or food service environment
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Knowledge of common dietary restrictions and allergies
  • Experience with meat cutting and delivery driver roles
  • Familiarity with OpenTable and guest services
  • Experience as a dietary aide or in a similar role
  • Certification in food handling and preparation is a plus.
