Breakfast Attendant

The Fairfield Inn Louisville New Albany is the premier Fairfield in the New Albany area. We pride ourselves on clean rooms, personable staff, and a gorgeous New Albany view! We are located just off the State St exit on 265, up the hill behind Taco Bell! We are seeking a breakfast attendant to join our team. Shift is 5:30am-11am Part - time position available, must work weekends and holidays. Monitors and tends to the breakfast, ensuring an attractive presentation of the food and clean surrounding area. Primary Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Display food and beverages in an organized and attractive manner. Clean area by wiping, sweeping and/or mopping. Clean off tables prior and after guest arrival. Prepare coffee and/or tea by established standards. Frequently checks for low food supply. Efficiently replenishes with food, beverages,and/or supplies as needed. Properly disposes of used plates, utensils, napkins and/or cups as necessary. Removes and disposes of leftover food at end of breakfast shift. Ensure inventory is stocked and properly stored prior to the next day's shift. Cleans the kitchen after each breakfast service include all dishes and countertops. Adheres to all Floyd County Health Department guidelines. Greets guests and accommodate special requests as needed. Provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress. Follow company policies and procedures. Respond quickly to guest requests in a friendly manner. Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction. Must be able to lift, turn, twist, also must be able to stand or be on feet for several hours. Must have reliable transportation. Must work well on own with little direct supervision. Attention to detail is extremely important.
