Full-time, Monday-Friday Penmac Staffing is hiring for several Cafeteria Positions. These positions offer steady weekday hours, weekly pay, and a positive work environment. We are looking for team players with attention to detail and a commitment to food safety standards. Responsibilities for the Cafeteria Prep Lead Set up and maintain serving lines daily. Lead team members in preparing fruits and vegetables according to recipes and guidelines. Monitor food temperatures and follow HACCP food safety standards. Inspect walk-in refrigerators, shelves, and ovens for cleanliness. Check product usage dates and ensure proper labeling. Perform daily sanitation tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal. Shut down serving lines at the end of each day. Collaborate with other departments as needed. Maintain excellent attendance and reliability. Requirements for the Cafeteria Prep Lead Ability to lead and work as part of a team. Knowledge of food safety and HACCP guidelines preferred. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and cleaning.
