Responsibilities:

Prepare food items for service at breakfast according to occupancy. Maintain a constant and complete stock of food and beverage items during breakfast hours. Set up service area each day in accordance to hotel standards. Maintain cleanliness of the breakfast area during and after breakfast hours. Provide personalized, friendly service to each and every guest. Maintain temperature log book (updated daily). Assist management in daily, weekly and monthly food and supplies inventory. Clean and maintain dry and cold storage daily. Responsible for maintaining all food and beverage dates with date received in all dry and cold storage areas. Prepare and stock everything needed for following day. Operate all kitchen and breakfast room equipment correctly and safely Know hotel emergency procedures. Wear protective gear when handling food and chemicals. Carry out any reasonable request by management if capable of performing.

Requirements Preferred:

at least 1 year experience in a Food & Beverage establishment.

Preferred:

at least 1 year of Customer Service experience. Must be able to bend, reach, kneel, push, stretch, and lift and/or carry up to 35 pounds. Must be able to stand/walk on feet for 8 hours and work in a restrictive space/environment. Must be capable of working in a fast paced environment with multiple interruptions. Weekend are required.

Pay:

From $14.00 per hour
