Duties Help As a Food Service Worker WG-7408-2, your typical work assignments may include the following under supervision: Prepare and assist in the preparion of variety of hot and cold foods. Convey food and supplies from various food service areas by carrying or utilizing a mobile cart. Prep and set up food service area under detailed instructions and in accordance with specific area needs. Clean, remove parts, and reassemble equipment and recognizes obvious wear or need for repairs. Load, unload, and clean food carts and food warmers. Assist in stacking food or subsistence items in the storeroom and places supplies in proper storage.
