• A controlled, high-standard environment where every detail matters A team that believes hospitality is about how people feel, not just what they receive What You'll Do You are the on-site leader responsible for ensuring every event runs smoothly, seamlessly, and at the highest level. Own the Event
• Lead setup, service, and breakdown within Fiorella's Event Center Lead the Team
• Direct, coach, and hold banquet staff accountable to high standards Deliver Elevated Hospitality
• Create a polished, seamless, and memorable guest experience Coordinate Across Teams
• Partner with Culinary and Sales to ensure alignment and execution Anticipate & Adapt
• Solve problems in real time and stay ahead of the flow of the event Drive Excellence
