In this role, you will be the heart of the dining experience, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for. Whether you're experienced in food preparation, customer service, or hospitality operations, your contributions will be valued and celebrated. Responsibilities Prepare and serve food and beverages with precision, ensuring quality standards are met consistently Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable to process orders accurately and efficiently Assist in food handling, cooking, meat cutting, and meal preparation to support kitchen operations Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, dining areas, and equipment to uphold food safety standards Buss tables, clear dishes, and support host/hostess duties to provide seamless guest experiences Support catering events and banquet functions by setting up stations and assisting with food service Deliver exceptional customer service by engaging with guests professionally and courteously Qualifications Proven experience in food service environments such as restaurants, hotels, or catering settings Knowledge of kitchen procedures including food preparation, cooking techniques, knife skills, and meat cutting Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS; experience with OpenTable is a plus Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette and guest relations abilities Ability to handle food safely and adhere to all food handling regulations and safety protocols Previous experience as a dietary aide or in hospitality roles such as host/hostess or barista is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail Join us in delivering outstanding service through your culinary expertise and vibrant personality!
