Duties Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision, ensuring quality and presentation meet high standards. Set up breakfast buffet stations, including arranging food displays, replenishing items, and maintaining cleanliness throughout service. Greet guests warmly, taking their orders when applicable, and provide attentive customer service to enhance their dining experience. Maintain strict food handling and safety protocols in accordance with food safety regulations to ensure guest health and satisfaction. Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing, garnishing, and assembling breakfast dishes to streamline service. Clear tables efficiently, reset dining areas promptly, and manage waste disposal responsibly to uphold cleanliness standards. Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service during busy hours, including catering or banquet setups when required. Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or food industry settings is highly desirable, especially with banquet or catering experience. Strong background in customer service and serving roles within restaurants or hospitality environments. Knowledge of food preparation techniques, food handling procedures, and food safety regulations. Experience working as a dietary aide or in roles requiring attention to dietary restrictions is a plus. Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation can be advantageous but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills coupled with a friendly, energetic attitude that fosters guest satisfaction. Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work efficiently during early mornings or weekends.
