Job Overview Join our vibrant team as a Breakfast Attendant and be the first smile guests see in the morning! In this lively role, you'll create a warm, welcoming environment by preparing and serving delicious breakfast offerings, ensuring every guest starts their day with a positive experience. Your energy and attention to detail will help set the tone for a memorable stay, making you an essential part of our hospitality team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your food service skills while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Hours are 5:15AM-11:00AM with rotating weekends. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of breakfast items with precision and care, maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation Set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all items are replenished and displayed attractively Assist guests with their food selections, answer questions about menu options, and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and serving stations Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and ensure timely service during busy mornings Monitor guest feedback and promptly address any concerns to enhance overall satisfaction Requirements Previous experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience serving guests in restaurants, catering events, or banquet settings is preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards Experience working as a dietary aide or in the food industry is advantageous Barista experience or familiarity with beverage preparation is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join us to bring energy, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to our guests each morning!
