Full Job Description Description:
Join Our Team at The Spine Hospital of Louisiana! The Spine Hospital of Louisiana is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Culinary Services Aide to join our Culinary Services team. This position plays an important role in providing exceptional food service to our employees, physicians, patients, and visitors while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. Essential Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, portioning, and meal service. Serve customers in the hospital café and dining areas. Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately. Stock food, beverages, condiments, and supplies. Clean and sanitize food preparation, serving, and dining areas. Wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment. Assist with receiving and storing food and supplies. Follow all food safety, sanitation, infection control, and workplace safety standards. Provide excellent customer service to all guests. Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous food service, restaurant, cafeteria, healthcare, or customer service experience preferred. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods. Why Join SHOLA?
