Position Summary:
SLA Management is looking for an enthusiastic Café Food Service Worker to join our team . This role is ideal for a friendly, reliable individual who enjoys working in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. The Café Food Service Worker will assist with food preparation, serving, and maintaining a clean and organized café area. Your role is crucial in delivering a welcoming experience for our guests, making sure every meal is served with care and attention to quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued. Assist with meal preparation, portioning, and serving food according to SLA Management standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization in serving, dining, and food prep areas. Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards to ensure a safe and clean environment. Stock and replenish supplies in the service area as needed. Assist in setting up and breaking down the café before and after service. Work as a team to support fellow staff and maintain efficient service.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus. Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 20 lbs. Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions well. Why Join SLA Management?
