Duties Prepare and set up breakfast stations with fresh food, beverages, and necessary supplies, ensuring everything is inviting and well-stocked Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, counters, and equipment, adhering to food safety standards Replenish food items promptly during service hours to ensure a continuous flow of fresh offerings Assist with food preparation tasks such as slicing fruit, assembling breakfast plates, or handling catering setups for special events Monitor dietary restrictions and special requests to accommodate guest needs effectively Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and sanitation practices Qualifications Prior experience in fine dining or food service environments is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive, approachable demeanor Experience serving or working in banquet or catering settings is a plus Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling techniques Background in hospitality or restaurant operations enhances your ability to excel in this role Ability to work early mornings, stand for extended periods, and lift moderate loads as needed Join us and be part of the Marriott family if you're passionate about delivering excellent hospitality experiences!
