BUSSER JOB DESCRIPTION

Working with others in a fast-paced culinary environment and having a desire to help create an enjoyable dining experience for guests.

Busser Responsibilities:

Availability to work evenings and on weekends, including holidays Holidays in our business include:

Sundays:

Mother's Day Father's Day Easter Lunch & Dinners:

Christmas Eve New Year's Eve Fourth of July Maintain & organize storage areas, mop closets, parking lot & dumpster area Position mats, trashcans, dump buckets & bus tubs for FOH/BOH Carry loads of bus tubs from kitchen line & bars to the dishwasher to be cleaned Spot sweeping tables Training new hires/employees new to position Ability to remain focused and on-task during busy hours Elevator maintenance Making rounds throughout restaurant, collecting boxes, full trash cans & full bus tubs as needed Assist in flipping/arranging tables & chairs downstairs & throughout restaurant prior to service as needed

Busser Requirements:

Previous restaurant experience preferred, but not necessary Attention to detail Ability to lift 20 lbs or more Willing to stand or walk for extended periods A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all restaurant staff Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed
