Pat Gallagher's River Saint Restaurant & Bar located in Covington, Louisiana. (Opening in July 2026) (Formerly known as Annadele's) Pat Gallagher's Hospitality Group is home to some of the Northshore's most celebrated restaurants, known for white-tablecloth dining, fresh Gulf seafood, and true Southern hospitality. We are seeking attentive and team-oriented Bussers to join our front-of-house team. Specifically, we are looking for a motivated and dependable Busser for the lunch shifts. This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in creating a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment while supporting servers and bartenders in providing exceptional guest experiences. Multiple locations are available within our group, offering opportunities to match your skills with the right concept and team. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and readiness of tables throughout service Reset tables quickly and efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of guests Assist servers and bartenders with water, bread, and other guest needs Help maintain cleanliness in dining areas, service stations, and restrooms Support the team by running food and beverages when needed Deliver professional and friendly service while staying attentive to guest needs Qualifications Previous experience as a busser or in a hospitality role preferred, but not required Strong teamwork and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment Positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude Willingness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry What We Offer Competitive hourly pay plus tip share, with benefits package available Opportunities for advancement into serving or other FOH roles Placement across multiple restaurant locations within the Gallagher's portfolio A supportive, professional culture built on tradition, excellence, and hospitality All inquiries and applications will be handled with strict confidentiality.
