Hours:

Monday-Friday 4:30am-10:30am Responsibilities Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly presented Serve hot and cold breakfast items with professionalism and a friendly attitude Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, counters, and food stations Restock food supplies and condiments throughout the service period to ensure a seamless guest experience Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures Monitor guest satisfaction during breakfast hours and promptly address any concerns or requests to ensure a positive experience Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining, food service, or hospitality roles is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor Experience serving or catering in banquet or restaurant settings preferred Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards essential for maintaining quality and hygiene Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Barista experience or familiarity with coffee/tea service is a plus Food handling certification or willingness to obtain certification required by local health regulations Join us as a Hotel Breakfast Attendant and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment they start their day!
