Busser

This is a tipped position at 6.75/hour + tips. Most of our bussers make anywhere between $50 and $120 in tips in a 4-5 hour shift. We are, at this time, looking for a Busser at our fine dining restaurant for Friday and Saturday nights, 5:30pm to close, with more shifts available once the season kicks in. You must also be available to work holidays such as Mother's Day, Father's Day, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day. We are always closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant industry and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. The Busser will be responsible for setting and clearing tables, stocking supplies, and assisting servers with food delivery. We are looking for an individual who is friendly, organized, and able to work quickly in a fast-paced environment. Please apply in person Tuesday through Saturday between 1pm and 3pm.

Responsibilities:

Clear dishes, clean and reset tables in a timely manner. Ensure that all guests are provided with the highest level of service. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Assist servers in providing guests with food and drinks and clearing appetize and dinner plates and wrapping up leftovers. Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure food is delivered on time.
