Job Description
Here at Xicohtencatl Mexican Restaurant we are dedicated in delivering authentic Mexican flavors rooted in tradition and fresh ingredients. Equally important is the team behind each dish, built on strong work ethic, respect, and collaboration. Every member of the staff plays a vital role, working together to create a welcoming atmoshpere and ensure every guest experience genuine hospitality and quality. We are currently working on finding reliable people to join our team of bussers. They support the front-of-house team by maintaining cleanliness, resetting tables, and ensuring the dining area runs smoothly so servers can focus on guest service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Clear and clean tables quickly after guests leave Reset tables with silverware and glassware Assist servers by refilling water and bringing extra items if needed Maintain cleanliness in dining areas, restrooms, and service stations Remove trash and manage dish return area Stock supplies such as napkins, to go containers, cleaning supplies, and more Help maintain a smooth flow of service during busy periods Follow health and safety standards at all times |SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Attention to cleanliness and detail Ability to stay organized and prioritize task Physical stamina ( standing, lifting, and moving quickly ) Willingness to learn and take direction |WORK ENVIRONMENT
