In this role, you will support daily operations by assisting with food preparation, cleaning, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Duties Assist with bussing tables and clearing dishes promptly to ensure a clean dining environment. Support food preparation activities, including basic cooking tasks and assembling ingredients for meal service. Participate in banquet setups, ensuring all equipment and supplies are ready for events. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, dining spaces, and service stations through regular cleaning routines. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene standards. Assist with catering events by setting up tables, serving guests, and managing supplies efficiently. Support restaurant operations by serving customers promptly and courteously, ensuring high levels of hospitality. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment or supplies. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset. Experience with catering, banquet service, or hotel operations is a plus. Basic knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation and serving techniques. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
