Jobs › Lee, MA › Specialty Foods Sanitation Assista… High Lawn Farm, LLC Specialty Foods Sanitation Assistant Lee, MA Apply We\'re hiring a part-time Specialty Foods Sanitation Assistant to support our production team with cleaning, dishwashing, and sanitation for our award-winning ice cream, specialty butters, and artisanal cheeses. This role helps keep our production spaces, equipment, and tools clean, safe, and ready for daily use. The best candidate for this position is someone who is motivated, reliable, adaptable, and pays attention to details.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Assisting in ice cream, butter, and cheese production
- Cheese aging (affinage) and packaging
- Fulfilling specialty food orders for delivery and pick-up
- Maintaining inventory and production records
- Following protocols to keep facilities/ equipment clean and sanitized
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants are required to have a valid driver\'s license and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Prior experience in sanitation, food service, and/or food production is encouraged. Shifts are scheduled Monday-Friday from 10:00 am- 12:00 pm.
