WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE

Ensure guests are seated with polished silver, sparkling glassware, and crisp linens, contributing to a memorable dining experience. Clear and reset tables promptly, transport dirty tableware to the dishwashing area, and assist servers between courses. Maintain service stations by keeping silverware, linens, condiments, salad bars, and beverage bars fully stocked and clean. Set up and maintain specialty beverage bars, including mocktail stations and room service areas where applicable. Perform general cleaning tasks, including unexpected spills and special guest requests, to maintain health standards and guest satisfaction. Complete all side work assigned to bussers, following detailed work charts to ensure smooth dining operations. Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Bring 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced food and beverage environment with strong attention to detail. Maintain a positive, guest-focused mindset, demonstrating flexibility, urgency, and pride in delivering Canyon Ranch standards. Be available for a flexible schedule, including weekdays, weekends, holidays, and specified shifts: Thursday - Monday, PM and AM shifts available. Meet physical demands, including lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. repeatedly and walking extensively. Exhibit a mature, outgoing, proactive attitude to contribute to a high-performing food and beverage team.

PAY RANGE

$16.50 - $17.16 / hour
