Job Description

The Northampton Public Schools is seeking Cafeteria Substitutes! Food preparation service and cleanup work at six Northampton schools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
All duties required to assist in the preparation; cleanup and maintenance of the food service program at the six public schools. Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent. Some food service experience desirable but not required. Physical Requirements Ability to walk; stand and bend over for periods of time; ability to walk and carry trays up to 20 lbs. at the same time. Ability to withstand being around high temperatures.
MISC. INFORMATION
Location varies as needed. 3-5 hours per day on school days.
Hourly Pay rate:
$16.50 There are no benefits with this position.

Must have acceptable MA CORI and SAFIS Fingerprint Background Checks prior to start of employment. If you would prefer, please come to Human Resources to fill out a paper application at: 240 Main Street - Memorial Hall, which is next to Pulaski Park in Northampton.
