Jun 29, 2026 Job Description USDA Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) Float Food Service Worker & Meal Transporter Sponsored by Food & Nutrition Services @ Salem Public Schools Program dates June 29, 2026 - August 21, 2026 Program length varies from 5-8 weeks, and days of operation vary depending on site need. Shift times will start as early as 7:00 A.M. and end as late as 6:30 P.M., depending on the location. Please indicate your availability in your letter of interest.

Sponsor Program. Hours and days to be determined. Produce and package meals, provide service & meals service counting at approved SFSP meal site(s) $22/ hour. Hours and days will vary depending on programmatic need. Will need to travel among sites __ a valid MA license is required. Interested Candidates shall submit a written statement of interest to either SPS Food & Nutrition Services ( mshort@salemk12.org ) no later than April 17, 2026. All personnel will be required to successfully pass a CORI & attend mandatory training.
