This full-time role (40 hours per week, 18 18.00-19.00/hour) is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and supervisory skills who is looking to grow in hospitality and senior dining services . Typical schedule is Monday-Friday, 10:30am-7:00pm , with flexibility based on organizational needs. Key Responsibilities Set up the dining room for lunch service, including table arrangement and placement of utensils and linens. Wait on tables during the lunch hour, providing attentive and gracious service to residents. Supervise a small team of waitstaff, ensuring they remain on task and follow departmental policies. Meet, greet, and assist residents to their seats with a warm and friendly demeanor. Clean and reset the dining room for dinner service and ensure the room is fully prepared for the following day. Qualifications Proficiency with standard dining room operations; strong organizational and time-management skills. Experience with point-of-sale systems or reservation software is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families, and waitstaff. Previous restaurant, food service, or supervisory experience preferred.
