Complimentary meals for employeesWhat You'll DoOur Cafeteria Attendant position is an entry level culinary position. This position maintains the cleanliness and operation of the Colleague Dining Area, including restocking utensils, supplies, general cleaning items, etc. It will ensure colleague meals are adequately stocked, and will support the Culinary team in preparing food items for the colleague meals, including general culinary prep work such as chopping/dicing/slicing fruits and vegetables and plating colleague meals in preparation to be stocked in the colleague dining room.

This role will ensure that the Colleague Dining Room is a warm, comfortable, and inviting place for all colleagues to take their break. The strongest candidate will take pride in creating a comfortable and clean space for our colleagues, and will engage with colleagues to make them feel welcome.

This culinary position requires good communication skills and the ability to lift and carry moderate weight. Food and beverage experience is a plus.

The Attendant's hourly rate is $20.50/hr. This position is eligible to earn overtime, shift differentials and premium pay under certain circumstances, tips, commissions, service charges, or incentive awards. Qualifications

• Culinary background preferred
• Basic culinary education preferred
• Experience in food service industry preferred
• Ability to work with minimum supervision
• Ability to stand for long periods of times
• Ability to effectively communicate in a fast paced environment is required
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule; including mid-day shifts (10am-6pm) with weekend and holiday availability
